Refund Policy

At PinkUmbrella, we strive to provide transparent and fair policies for all our customers. Please review our refund policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Cancellation

  • Users may request to cancel their subscribed service plan only within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of successful payment.
  • After the 7-day window, no cancellations or refunds will be processed under any circumstances.
  • Cancellation requests must be made by the registered user or their authorized representative via email to info@pinkumbrella.net.

2. Refund Conditions

  • If the cancellation request is received within the 7-day period and no services have been availed during this time, a full refund will be processed.
  • If any service has been availed during the 7-day period, a pro-rata deduction will be made based on services consumed, and the remaining amount (if any) will be refunded.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only and may take 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on the payment gateway and bank processes.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • No refunds will be provided for requests made after 7 days from the date of payment.
  • Fees paid for emergency services, health checkups, doctor/nurse/physio visits, or any on-demand "Ala Kart" services are non-refundable, once availed or scheduled.
  • No refund will be processed if cancellation is due to violation of our Terms of Use or misuse of services.

Dispute Resolution

    Any disputes regarding refunds shall be resolved at the sole discretion of PinkUmbrella Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. In case of any unresolved disputes, jurisdiction shall lie exclusively with the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
