My wife and I are within an age range of 75-85 years, with our daughters living away in the USA. So, we were badly in need of a sincere elder care organisation to look after us in time of need. Particularly during medical adversities. Now, being members of Pink Umbrella for about two years, we can say without a shadow of doubt that they have provided us the care we needed to our fullest satisfaction. They are very caring, sincere and effective with various types of help such as regular visits, telephonic enquiry, medical check-ups, community get-together and tours among others. During this period of two years, though by God’s grace, we didn't have to make any emergency calls, they always stood by us. Moreso, when we both were down with COVID-19, by arranging specialist doctor visits and arranging the necessary medicines, attending to us till we fully recovered. This level of care was repeated during my wife’s medical operation when they stayed by our side in the hospital and attended to the needful. They thus have substantially removed the feeling of being lonely and helpless from our mind.
